Academic paper requirements are as follows: |
| papers are expected to focus on practicability, reliablilty of the data, scientific arguements, and is also fluently and consicely composed. The length of paper would be considered more preferable with approximately 3000-5000 words. Papers are expected to be submitted to the specified e-mail box of each panel.

| Papers are expected to be listed with the title, author, department (the full name), address(cities) and postal code. When declaring authorship for multiple authors, the name of each author is expected to be separated with space; and authors from different departments should not only list their address, location and postal code, but also state their departments following their name.

| All papers are to be submitted with a 300 words abstract that contains no more than 8 keywords. The abstract should contain both Chinese and English title, the name of author(s) and the name of department (The English abstract must be double spaced for futhur comments and changes); and also it should comprehend the background (politically, economically, and culturally) of the designated topic and provide the readers several revealing information from the paper.

| All papers are expected to state the primary author and the detailed information of the contact author (include name, job title/position, the main research directions, phone or E-mail) to be contacted by readers.

| Papers should list the contact person, departments, address, postal code, phone number and e-mail to contact clearly and precisely for futhur contact use.
